    1. 2 Ripe Bananas
    2. 1 Cup Organic Strawberries
    3. 1/2 Cup Milk

    Instructions
    1. 1. Wash the bananas, strawberries and ginger thoroughly.
    2. 2. Peel the bananas and chop into thin slices.
    3. 3. Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

    1. Avoid preparing the smoothie and storing it in the fridge. It tastes best when fresh.

    Ingredients
    1. 3 Apples
    2. 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
    3. Butter (for greasing the pan)
    Instructions
    1. 1. Wash the apples thoroughly and place them sideways on a chopping board. Chop them into very thin slices.
    2. 2. Preheat the oven to 250 F
    3. 3. Place the apple slices into a baking sheet, spacing them such that they do not overlap
    4. 4. Sprinkle the cinnamon on the apples
    5. 5. Place the apples into the oven
    6. 6. Let it bake for 50 minutes, flip the apples and let it sit for another 50 minutes
    Notes
    1. Let the baked apple chips cool for around 20 minutes before serving.
